Designed by Japanese brand TEMBEA, the BAGUETTE TOTE is a compact canvas tote created for everyday use. Its tall silhouette and structured shape make it suitable for carrying daily essentials while maintaining a clean and understated appearance.

TEMBEA, meaning “to wander” in Swahili, creates bags intended to accompany everyday life. Many of the brand’s bags are made from special cotton canvas treated with paraffin, a wax that helps repel water. The canvas is woven from combed cotton yarn, producing a strong and firm fabric with a distinctive texture and appearance.

Woven on traditional shuttle looms that have been in use for decades, the fabric features a solid selvedge edge—one of the signature characteristics often incorporated into TEMBEA’s designs.
